Refund policy

This page sets out section 8 of our terms in full. The terms govern if the two ever differ.

Try before you pay

Your first review is free, up to 30 minutes, with no signup. A free account gives you 5 more reviews. Please use them to check that Listenback works for your calls before you buy.

When we refund

Payments are not refunded, including unused talk time.
The exception: if Listenback failed to deliver what you paid for and we could not fix it, we refund you. Barakat Labs decides refund requests.
A review that fails on our side is never charged: the talk time it reserved goes back to your balance automatically.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops. You are not charged again after cancelling. Top-up time you bought never expires.

How to ask

Reply to your purchase receipt, or email hello@barakatlabs.com with the email you paid with and what went wrong.

Card disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card provider. If a charge is disputed instead, we may pause the account while it is resolved.
