These providers help us run Listenback. Each may process data only on our instructions. See the privacy policy for how long we keep data.

Transcription. Today your audio is transcribed on a computer that Barakat Labs runs itself, so no outside provider hears it. Cloud transcription would only start after we list the provider on this page and email account holders, at least 14 days before the change.

OpenAI. It receives transcript text only. Under its API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models unless a customer opts in, and we do not opt in. OpenAI keeps abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, and longer where the law requires it.
